Nearly fifty years ago, our journey began with Esteban Goldschmidt’s vision to transform Argentina’s natural resources into world-class pine chemical products. Today, that vision lives on. At Lawter Argentina, we produce high-quality rosin and turpentine derivatives sourced from Pinus elliottii, grown in the forests of Corrientes and Misiones. These trees provide a resin of exceptional purity, thanks to the unique climate and soil conditions of our region.

What sets us apart is not just our commitment to quality—but our focus on innovation. We’re proud to be the only company in the world producing Snowtack, our aqueous tackifier dispersion, as well as rosin salts for use in aerospace adhesives. These products serve global markets that demand both performance and sustainability.

Partnerships have played a vital role in our growth. For over 30 years, we’ve worked closely with the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), whose technical support and certification processes have helped us meet international standards and continually raise the bar.

In 2024, we were honored to receive a Gold Medal from EcoVadis, placing us in the top 5% of the world’s most sustainable companies. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to renewable, bio-based solutions in a field traditionally dominated by petroleum-derived products.

Our reach now extends to over 20 countries—and we’re just getting started. We’re expanding our presence in Mexico, the U.S., Europe, and Asia, where demand for sustainable resin technologies continues to grow.
