Sheetfed Polyethylene/PTFE Compound
ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is a PTFE modified version of ULTRAPOLY™ 210 A. ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a hard drying binder. ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is recommended where a high degree of slip, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance are required.
ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is 100% non-volatile and fastsetting. It protects the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time.
ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is coatable and may be used for laser work. For optimum heat resistance, we recommend using 3 parts ULTRAPOLY™ 211 to 1 part FLUORON™ 735 (PTFE concentrate). Recommended usage level is 3 to 5%.

ULTRAPOLY™ 211 is shipped in 350 lb drums.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored at temperatures ideally between 10 and 30°C (50-86°F).
The packaging should be kept tightly closed and stored in dry conditions.
An increase in viscosity or skinning is possible if the wax compound is stored in wrong conditions or left exposed to air for an extended period of time.
