Linseed-Based Alkyd Polyester
TERLON™ 3010 A is a linseed-based alkyd. TERLON™ 3010 A is known for its excellent pigment wetting ability and fast hard-drying properties. TERLON™ 3010 A alkyd is an essential ingredient in many oil-based printing inks. This alkyd’s ability to develop and maintain color strength with minimal bronzing and to provide flow and leveling where required make TERLON™ 3010 A an important formulating tool.
TERLON™ 3010 A is very compatible with most ink vehicles and serves to stabilize ink formulations that do not hold up on long runs. Metal decorating inks based on this alkyd bake very fast and form hard abrasion-resistant, glossy surfaces.

TERLON™ 3010 A is shipped in 370 or 400 lb drums.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored at temperatures between 10 and 30°C (50-86°F).
The packaging should be kept tightly closed and stored in dry conditions.
