Rosin ester dispersion
Description
SNOWTACK™ SE780G SA is a 55% solids, water-borne tackifier dispersion based on rosin adduction and esterification. The resin component is a high grade stabilized rosin ester designed to provide superior adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. The dispersion is alkylphenol ethoxylate (APE) free and has a fine particle size with a narrow distribution curve.
SNOWTACK™ SE780G SA primary use is in pressure sensitive adhesives for label and tape applications. This includes paper and filmic labels and for construction, automotive and specialty tapes. Formulating into water based adhesives boosts peel and tack properties to high and low energy surfaces. It is compatible with a range of polymers including acrylics, SBR and natural rubber.
