Descaription
SETAPRINT™P2042 is a gum rosin based resin, esterified with Pentaerythritol and modified with an Alkylphenol, structured and excellent solubility resin.
SETAPRINT™P2042 has excellent tack to viscosity ratios allowing the formulator to decrease the tack of his ink while maintaining structure. This resin is very compatible with most lithographic systems.
Application
Heatset offset inks and sheetfed offset inks.

Packaging
SETAPRINT™P2042 can be available as flakes in 25kg bags and 500kg bags.
Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 6 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C. If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloudpoint is possible.
