Phenolic modified rosin resin
SETAPRINT™ 2405 E is a high soluble, low viscous phenolic modified rosin resin suited for all kinds of offset inks.
This resin displays excellent pigment wetting properties and gives a high gloss.
SETAPRINT™ 2405 E serves as a multipurpose resin, can be combined with lower soluble resins to increase set speed.
Because of its excellent compatibility with mineral distillates, this resin is very suitable for use in aromatic free mineral distillate systems.

SETAPRINT™ 2405 E is shipped in 500 or 1000 kg FIBC’s type C, or in 25 kg plastic bags.
Shelf life from date of production is typically 30 days. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C.
If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloudpoint is possible.
