Phenolic Modified Rosin Ester
SETAPRINT™ 2244 A is a relatively low solubility, high viscosity resin which exhibits excellent solvent release for fast setting and good holdout. SETAPRINT™ 2244 A has excellent compatibility with drying oils and gives varnishes a hard, scuff resistant surface. SETAPRINT™ 2244 A is specially formulated to be free of bisphenol A.

SETAPRINT™ 2244 A is shipped in 1000 lb FIBC’s type D, or in 50 lb paper bags.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 6 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures under 30°C (86°F).
If the resin is stored improperly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
