Phenolic modified rosin ester
SETAPRINT™ 1800 C is a high structured phenolic modified rosin ester and exhibits medium solubility combined with medium to high viscosity in mineral distillates. The viscosity of SETAPRINT™ 1800 C in linseed oil is medium to high.
The high molecular weight of SETAPRINT™ 1800 C makes it very suitable for combinations with other resins (e.g. high soluble, low viscous), thus providing much formulation freedom.

SETAPRINT™ 1800 C is shipped in 500kg and 25 kg bags.
Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 6 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C.
If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
