Alcohol Soluble Polyester Resin
REACTOL™ 5145 C is a highly structured, flexible polyester resin. It exhibits excellent solvent release, high gloss, and low viscosity. Due to its outstanding nitrocellulose compatibility, REACTOL™ 5145 C can be used with nitrocellulose in place of or as a partial replacement for the Flex-RezTM resins.
REACTOL™ 5145 C is an adhesion promoter in hard resin systems. In addition, REACTOL™ 5145 C has high solubility in alcohols and acetates, and is insoluble in drying oils and low KB hydrocarbon solvents.

Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C.
If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and color is possible.
