Pure Phenolic Resin (Non-Reactive)
REACTOL™ 1111 A is a non-reactive pure phenolic resin with excellent alcohol solubility. It is quick drying, has excellent color retention, and is resistant to weathering, alkalis, water and abrasion.
REACTOL™ 1111 A is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, acetates, and in aliphatic hydrocarbons when combined with drying oils. Tung oil-based varnishes processed at 450ºC are gas-proofed. REACTOL™ 1111 A will add surface hardness to polyamide-based liquid inks.

REACTOL™ 1111 A is shipped in 25 kg paper bags.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures under 30°C (86°F).
If the resin is stored improperly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
