Description
Pinerez™3184 is a deodorized ester of gum rosin purified by stripping. The strict process conditions used in the manufacturing process ensure a rosin ester with good odor characteristics.
Pinerez™3184 has low taste and low odor. It is characterized by its low acid value and low softening point. The typical use is in foodstuffs (Beverages, chewing and bubble gum).

FDA STATUS
U.S.Food Regulations, for use in food as specified in the Code Title 21 under Section 172.615.

Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life of the product for blocks is 12 months.
Due to the thermoplastic nature of the product, it is recommended to store in a temperature controlled area <25°C and avoid direct sunlight.
