Application
PINEREZ™ 1278 STD is formulated in rubber compounding, paper sizing, paints and industrial adhesives.
Provide tack, structure, oxidative stability.
Improve the strength and smoothness and enhance abrasion resistant of the paper.
Enhance the strength, softness and adhesion.
The carboxylation reaction of resin acid is usually employed to produce resinate for
further use.

Packaging
PINEREZ™ 1278 STD can be available as blocks in 25kg fiber drums, flakes in 25kg bags, 250kg drums, and melted in tanker trucks.
Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life of the product for flakes is 12 months.
Due to the thermoplastic nature of the product, it is recommended to store in a temperature controlled area <25°C and avoid direct sunlight.
