Fumaric Modified Rosin Ester
Description
The light colored tackifier is modified to exhibit good stability against oxidation, heat aging and ultraviolet light. The packaged resin does not require Xi hazard labelling.
PINEREZ™ 2801 E is used primarily as a binder resin for hot melt adhesives and hot melt road markings.

PINEREZ™ 2801 E is available as pastilles in bags or as molten in heated tank wagon.
Shelf life of the product for pastilles is 9 months.
Due to the thermoplastic nature of the product, and to prevent pastilles sintering together, it is recommended to store in a temperature-controlled area <25°C and avoid direct sunlight.
Do not stack pallets and prevent prolonged storage.
Sintering does not affect the specification of the product, and if it can be readily broken this is not a basis for rejection
