PINE-POL™ F-series

Lawter has recently introduced PINE-POL™, a line of polyols specifically formulated to meet today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges in polyurethanes.  These innovative biopolyols are based on a non-food competitive feedstock, obtained from a by-product of the paper-making process and impart unique performance and ease of processing to polyurethane foams. Compared to other bio-based polyols, PINE-POL™ polyols do not produce an unpleasant odor in the final product and are miscible with a wide range of chemistries including aromatic polyester, aliphatic polyester, and polyether polyols.  Importantly, each batch of PINE-POL has a constant bio-renewable content, which has been confirmed via C14 analysis by a certified external party.

FLEXIBLE FOAM

The PINE-POL™ F-series are polyols that are formulated for viscoelastic, high resilience, and conventional flexible foams.  These foams are used primarily in bedding, furniture, automotive, and other applications where comfort is critical.
