SF Letdown varnish for non-direct food contact inks
PACK-SET™ 6100 E is a VOC-free SF letdown varnish based on phenol-formaldehyde free rosin resins and a low odour ester solvent with a high boiling point.
This varnish is developed to be safely used for printing of food packaging materials made out of board for non-direct food contact (non-DFC).
It is produced following EuPIA GMP guidelines.

PACK-SET™ 6100 E is available in drums (180 kg).
Shelf life from date of production is typically 6 months.
The varnish should be stored at temperatures ideally between 10 and 30°C. The packaging should be kept tightly closed and stored in dry conditions.
An increase in viscosity is possible if the varnish is stored in wrong conditions or for an extended period of time.
