Water-Fighting Additive
OPTILITH™ 3 A is a Lawter™ water fighter compound. OPTILITH™ 3 A is a free flow, resinated solution for ease of pumping and dispersing. OPTILITH™ 3 A effectively reduces water pick-up in lithographic inks at 0.5 to 2% usage levels. It is functional across a broad range of fountain solutions and can be added during formulation or as a press-side additive.

OPTILITH™ 3 A is shipped in 40 or 400 lb drums.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored at temperatures ideally between 10 and 30°C (50-86°F).
The packaging should be kept tightly closed and stored in dry conditions. An increase in viscosity or skinning is possible if the additive is stored in wrong conditions or left exposed to air for an extended period of time.
