Fumaric Modified Rosin Ester
HYDRO-REZ™ 5626 C is a fumarated rosin ester that is soluble in alcohol, and can be dispersed in water with ammonia or morpholine. The high melting point promotes fast solvent release and good leveling properties and is compatible with shellac and Manila copal resins.
HYDRO-REZ™ 5626 C is recommended for use in solvent or water-based flexographic inks. This resin is also recommended for use in mineral spirit varnishes.

Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C.
If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and color is possible.
