Fumaric Modified Rosin Ester
FILTREZ™ 836 is a pale, rosin based, thermoplastic resin soluble in alcohol and can be dispersed in water with ammonia. It is used to enhance polymer based emulsion floor polishes, and as a tackifier in alcohol and aqueous lithographic inks.

FILTREZ™ 836 is shipped in 50 lb paper bags.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures under 30°C (86°F).
If the resin is stored improperly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
