Maleic Modified Rosin Ester
FILTREZ™ 808 A is a pale rosin-based thermoplastic resin soluble in and ammonia neutralized dispersions. It is useful as a resin modifier in water-based gravure and flexographic inks. FILTREZ™ 808 A can also function as a leveling aid in polymer-based emulsion floor polishes.

Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures under 30°C (86°F).
If the resin is stored improperly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
