Fumaric Modified Rosin Ester
FILTREZ™ 526 A is an alcohol soluble fumaric acid modified rosin ester. FILTREZ™ 526 A has a low amine requirement due to its low acid value, thereby enhancing faster dry. This resin generates a high viscosity in water, thus allowing for lower resin solids in the final ink, and in this way providing improved economics.

FILTREZ™ 526 A is shipped in 1000 or 2000 lb FIBC’s type D, or in 50 lb paper bags.
Shelf life from date of production is approximately 12 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures under 30°C (86°F).
If the resin is stored improperly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloud point is possible.
