Phenol Formaldehyde Free Rosin Resin
ECO-REZ™ 4237 C is a structured visco-elastic rosin ester. Phenol free and Formaldehyde free.
ECO-REZ™ 4237 C exhibits low or medium solubility combined with a high viscosity in mineral distillates. In comparison with comparable phenolic modified rosin resins ECO-REZ™ 4237 C gives lower tack, better gel response (less gelling agent needed) and wider water window. Lower color makes it suitable for overprint varnish.

Eco-Rez™ 4237 C is shipped in 500 kg or in 25 kg bags.
Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 6 months. The resin should be stored at temperatures below 30°C.
If the resin is stored wrongly or for a longer period of time, an increase in viscosity and cloudpoint is possible.
