Polyester for Metal deco 2-piece can
DECOTHERM™ 261 C is a hydroxyl functional polyester resin. It is used for metal deco inks printed with spindle printing (dry offset) for 2 piece can. Inks based on Decotherm™ 261 C are excellent overcoatable with water based coating.
Decotherm™ 261 C exhibits good adhesion on metals, high gloss and very good transfer on high speed presses.
Decotherm™ 261 C exhibits good flow and pigment wetting.

Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life from date of production is typically 24 months.
The product should be stored at temperatures ideally between 10 and 30°C. The packaging should be kept tightly closed and stored in dry conditions.
