Holds team accountable. · Lead global team that oversees all techonology needs of the company · Manage Outsourcing Partner relationships to ensure the Company maximizes full contractual potential · Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure technical capabilities are responsive and aligned to drive business growth and success · Define metrics based on overall business objectives · Define and adjust IT standards and technologies · Prepare and manage IT budget to meet business needs, given governance, budget, and timing constraints · Advise senior management on strategic systems projects in support of business goals and objectives · Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for information technology · Manage IT applications portfolio · Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services and equipment · Align IT risk management with enterprise-wide risk management · Coach and develop direct reports · Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. · Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards. · Participate in other special projects as may be assigned. · Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager. |
